Walking through the forest, hands in his pockets, the trainer’s thoughts drifted from place to place. Sometimes settled on his previous traveling partners, sometimes on those gym badges he worked so hard to gain. However, as the raven haired teen’s stroll progressed, his thoughts landed on those Pokémon he’d set free. To be specific, he was thinking about— CHARIZARD?! Charizard! With a loud thud, there he appeared, but he didn’t look too good. “Charizard!” He rushed over to the Pokémon, a worried look plastered on his face. Holding on to the hope that the dragon was indeed his, the boy looked over the dragon’s wing. “That doesn’t look too good.” He winced, feeling the Pokémon’s pain. “You need to get to the Pokémon center.”
The debris of broken branches and scattered leaves partially covered the large Pokémon after crashing into the ground. Having dug a shallow trail into the dirt, the Charizard remained motionless over the ground. Momentarily knocked unconscious, the dragon came to after hearing the sudden voice of an approaching human. His initial greeting came out as a defensive growl, it was unclear whether or not that had been directed towards the the teenager or the situation but the Pokémon was obviously very agitated. A somewhat thin puff of dark gray smoke emitted from his maw as he exhaled, flinching a time or two before standing up. Giving the raven haired male a quick glance, his face now clearly visible and revealed a recent mark that now scared his right cheek and trailed below the jawline. The Pokémon’s injured wing still appeared closely coiled to his back as he scanned the area, more or less ignoring the mention of trekking back to town to use the Center.
